fantastic pose, perch, and great details, Sandy. the background is beautiful but shows some posterization or other artifact, maybe some healing would smooth it out?

Nice pose and perch and you got that tongue. There does seem to be something funky going on especially above it's head, but the bg colors are beautiful. Sharon

Great pose and color. Would like to see a little more eye contact. Of course hard to control!

Ack!!! The colours of the mustard and sky in the BG didn't come thru at all in the first post, and everything is muted - remind me never to edit on my laptop.

Re-done on the PC.

Better, I hope

Sandy,

Very nice pose and detail. Lovely colors. Your repost is even better than the first one. :jump:

A drab bird presented with impact, Sandy. The pose, you certainly must have been patient to achieve, is just great.

Let me remind you not to edit on the laptop.

Very nice Sandy, I really love the detail in the face/head. Terrific singing pose. Only wish is the head were turned a bit more towards the camera.

Nice detail, BG and colors Sandy. Like others, of course wish for a little more of a head turn, but the singing pose makes up for this IMO.

Sandy, the repost sings to me. As you have captured a bird with a great back ground and perch. The open beak and tongue really put me away. Great image.

I like the richness of the background in the re-post Sandy, and the bird shows more vibrantly as well I think.
