Shot this one a couple of days ago in Scotland Aberdeen, Winter Gardens.
I am not sure about the sharp hairy bit in the right bottom corner?
Any comments highly appreciated

The technical stuff:
Nikon D90
Shutterspeed 1/500
Ap 2.8
No tripod
Iso 160

Thanks Sindy

What is your concern about that corner? It is not an X rated image.

Sindy:
Nice abstract, the wash of pink and white is beautiful. I don't see any issue with the hairy bits.

Sindy,

I think the hairy sharp bit gives this an interesting textural contrast. That may not be what you want but it creates interest in the image. If you wanted to de-emphasize it, you could crop up and over from the right 10 to 15 percent while preserving the aspect ratio. I like the image as posted. It's interesting.

Sindy, Superb leading lines - with darker tones leading to lighter tones.

natural leading lines from soft to detailed Sindy. Really great work in my opinion.

Sindy: Well seen and composed. For me the detail in the filaments is a plus element. Marvelous colors and flow. Well done.>=))>

I like the flow from the oof parts and the soft pastel colors. I agree with you that the sharp hairs in the LR are jarring in comparison.

Beautifully composed, Sindy, with a succulent sweep of petal folds across the frame. OK the hairs may not be things of beauty in themselves but I think they add textural interest. Very nice image !

Like the abstract quality, the shift of tones from upper left to lower right perfectly complementary, and the sharp hairy bit a good contrast.
