Hi folks!

This is a recent shot showing Novatinden Mountain in Northerh Norway by midnight. For a brief moment the clouds broke up and the midnight sun illuminated the clouds creeping around the peak.

Take care!

It is amazing how the mountain looks like burning. Also, I liked the reflections on the sand....

The stones/dry-sand at the bottom-left corner are distracting to me...

The leading line of the beach brigns me right to your center of focus. The composition is well executed with some superb light and refelction. Great Job!

Sweet! That is some dramatic light. It could just be me but it does feel slightly weighted to the left. I'm curious what a crop to the bottom and right might look like. Well done overall.

Beautiful light and just a serene scene. Love the leading line to that beautiful mountain.

Arild, your composition works very well for me, I especially like the way the curved shoreline is counteracted by the shape of the clouds. I also enjoy the natural colors, and the glow really brings your image to life for me.

Real pretty! Since it has some nice yin-yang symmetry going on in the fg, id crop for a 50/50 split here. Cool shot! :wavey:

Fantastic light, that's for sure... frame looks for me to tight... however I like vertical frames! :wavey:

A well executed and composed image. I agree with the others that a slight crop might really be of benefit to this image.

This is really beautiful, Arild. The reflected light on the sand is a really nice complement to the golden colors in the sky. I also like the composition and overall mood of the scene.

I'd try a crop with the sand disappearing into the righthand corner. Otherwise, a speccie shot in spectacular light.

Arild, this is quite a light show. Like others have said, the burning appearance is quite captivating.
Maybe a slight crop from the bottom.

A beautifully clear image, Arild. Love the warm/cool color combo. The leading line of the sand is wonderful, and the detail is stunning throughout, especially on the bg mountain. In a way it's a bit of a shame the cloud is obscuring the mountain so much... perhaps you can get the clouds to stay above the mountain next time
