Lakeshore Reflections

This is a stitch of 6 vertical shots taken last January late morning. The light was poor, almost direct frontlight, so in ACR I increased vibrancy and saturation significantly, otherwise the colors were totally washed out and with little contrast. The pink you see was barely evident but it was there. More of an art piece than accurate photograph but it fits this weeks theme. Processed in PSE7 and Nik Color Efex Pro 3. As with most pano's it's best viewed large so please check out the larger version.

Gorgeous image Bruce. I bet it looks great hanging on a wall. I've done some stitches but nothing I like this well. For my tastes the processing is perfect.

Bruce: I like the somewhat understated colors you have here as opposed to the flaming fall hues we typically see. I certainly like those as well but this is more subtle and invites close scrutiny. The larger version is indeed delightful. Top notch work. >=))>

Bruce, your work shows me a subtle beauty which I appreciate and enjoy very much. The slight blurredness in the reflection adds a lot to me. I think you handled the light and colors well and let me experience the serenity of this scene.

The large version shows off the exquisite detail really well. I also like the subtle color and light. Very well done!

Bruce:
Wonderful panaroma. The details in the larger version is exquisite and I also like the mirror like reflection. Great work with the stitch.

Bruce, echo the comments already posted. What makes the image for me though in the reptetion of patterns in teh stitch a single image would not have illustrated this as well.
