New Mexico has the most incredible alpen glow, on this night it basked the white sands in a delicate pink hue.

It is really a subtle hue, very nice. I like the arrangement of the yuccas. If I had to find a nit, it would be stalks coming in from the RH side of the frame, but that's pretty minor really.

Zack, The colors can be great in New Mexico as you caught here. I really like the perspective you chose here for the image. Well done

I also like the repeating vertical line (the sand ripples, and the yucca stems.
I think I would leave a little more space from the top of the foremost yucca to the top of the frame, if it was available.

I love it. The color really makes this one stand out from other White Sands images I have seen, and I like your use of the ripples in the foreground leading up to the yuccas.

Great job. I like how the ridges in the sand lead to the yuccas, and the light is fantastic. Wonderful exposure. I *need* to go there one of these days.

Very nice light in this and I love the soft tones. Wouldn't mind a teeny bit more room at the top. Great lines in the sand contrasted with the yucca leaves.

You are right about New Mexico light and you surely handled this shot the right way. It makes me miss the place already.

Wonderful textures and beautiful pastel colors. The composition is good and I really like how you have three yuccas each slightly different in size. Well-seen.

Another winner! I might just clone or crop up from the bottom over that little line in the sand, and / or maybe clone out the dark spot in MidLeft

Thanks for everyones comments. I've gone ahead and rotated it to the left a bit and cloned out the line and the scrub brush. It's looking much more polished.
Thanks again everyone.

The colors here really put this one over the top for me. The hint of strong color on the horizon line at left and the dark green of the yuccas form a nice complement to the otherwise subdued presentation.

A superb image IMO. One of the best I've seen from this well photographed area.

Zack, I like the composition and the pastel colors. The ripples in the sand gives this image great depth and the plants are great visual elements.
