From my trip to Oregon last month. I have intentionally left some magenta to emphasize the time of day..it was a great sunset!

I like the color, nice peaceful scene. Im not really sold on the 50/50 split here, without a strong reflection. Since the sky up top is pretty empty, might have been stronger with more fg (2/3, a nice vertical maybe) But its a nice shot regardless

I agree with Stan on this one. Pretty colors, nice peaceful scene but but I think a vertical might have been a stronger comp.

That sure is some sweet color in the sky and water, Jack. I would be curious to see a vertical comp with more FG for comparison if you have any. Beautifully done.

Beautiful light Jack. I too would love to see a vertical with more of those cool sand ripples.

I made the cardinal mistake...I never shot a vertical of this so I have to live with it as shot. It wouldn't make any sense to crop since there isn't any more foreground...lesson learned from this. I do like the way it came out for a horizontal though.

Jack this looks very nice. Great solid color theme.
I do wish the rock at right had a tad more breathing room around its right side near the edge of the frame. Very small nit though.
