Due to big summer obligations I have not gotten to shoot much for free and fun lately. Dug this out of the vault and processed it this morn. I'm sure it is not everybody's taste, but I am really enjoying the simple blurs lately. Happy and safe 4th weekend all!

"Not everybody's taste" maybe, but sure is mine! This is great, reminds me of chalk strokes, and the color is perfect.

I really like abstracts like this, and your processing and comp keep me interested in the image. However, I can't really tell whether or not this is a nature photograph

Thanks for the comments everybody. Tony, it's a 1/15 sec exposure at the peak of fall foliage here in NH. Here's an uncropped, not quite done, look.

Very cool abstract, Scott. I am not sure what I am viewing, but I certainly do enjoy it. I do like the lines and colors in this scene.

I like it and good timing as this kind of looks like 4th of July fireworks.

More photo art than a landscape, but others have gotten away with it here, so why not. ;]

Pretty creative, and I like it...definitely unique. Nice work Scott.

Works great—colors, composition, overall feel. I must say I prefer the softer lines of the original version, tough with same crop. Just an aesthetic bias. Nice job.

This is great, there is enough foliage/tree feel in it to keep it anchored in reality, but then, all bets are off... fireworks, yes, I get that too... love the pushy processing too... well seen and taken
