Catch of the day

A puffin from the Farne Islands. Taken under very contrasty conditions, but I have done the best I could with lighting in post processing. I do hope people are not suffering from puffin overload at present!

Tough lighting but nice to get the fish dangling and the blacks and whites are well handled

Looks like you have handled the tricky lighting very well, it's always difficult to bring out any detail in those shaded areas, so congrats on that. Aesthetically the shot isn't doing a great deal for me, but thats just me being honest, hope thats not too harsh
