Pink Lotuses
by Philip Hodgkins
These were planted, I assume. They were grown at the edge of a pond, in shallow water. A few feet further out were water lily pads. I really liked the color combo. My goal here was to show the lotuses in good detail and have everything around them in soft, light color. To that end, I selected an oval with a 20 pixel feather around the lotuses and did a lens blur around them. Comments and critiques are welcomed. I look forward to hearing from you.

Very nice and beautifully rendered. Lotuses are one of my favorite flowers. Can't shot enough of them.
Take care.
