Reddish and Pinkish

I've tried from time to time to get a reddish egret dancing with the pink of spoonbills in the water and the background, but it just never seems to work. This one yesterday at Ding Darling I think maybe is not too bad.

Buck, I like how the Reddish stands out and he ripple trail moving from the left to its feet. It provides a feeling of movement for me. I would like to see a little more room added to the left side, it would give the Reddish room to move into, IMO. Nice image.

Beautiful shot, the egret looks great against the pink background.

Buck, really nice detail and dance in the reddish, and the pink BG adds a lot.
I also would like a bit more room on the left... a little centered for my taste.

Very nice pose you captured Buck, and the "pinkish" background really sets the primary subject off well :^)

I also agree with comments offered about regarding the composition. Working on the assumption this has been cropped some, perhaps you could choose an alternative composition. One other point I noted when looking at the larger version, is the that white areas around the primary subject's eye and upper bill appear a little on the bright side, perhaps some subtle darkening might improve this with the Burn tool in PS.

Gorgeous play on color with the pinks and blues. I 'm not crazy about the harsh light which I know is not your fault and I too would like to see it a little less centered..
