Raw file processed in Photoshop Elements 9, Topaz Simplify Buzsim filter applied, midtone and regular contrast changes applied

This leaf is caught and so wasn't at that time at least floating down what there is currently of the little stream, so the water was flowing around and under it. The original image was fine, but the romanticized version is much prettier. :) Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you!

Not for monthly challenge, filter used.
