These Black Necked stilt chicks were so cute but I had to stay in my car and use it as a blind so they wouldn't go hide in the grass. They are only days old. I shot out the window with a bean bag
Taken in Pinellas Park along side of the road in the water ditches where they all nest.

Beautifully composed Cheryl and the subjects really pull on the old heart strings, the one furthest to the left is almost too cute :^)

Kudos for keeping silent and still in your car; they seem totally oblivious to your presence and totally intent on exploring their natural environment, very well done :^)

Cuteness alert required!
The chicks are lovely, I like the way you captured their attention and focus in the expedition. If it were mine I would play with it and checking if a pano view would work, slicing away a bit of the bottom. Thanks for sharing.

So cute and nice to capture 3 of them! I also think this would work as a pano. Sharon

Very nicely done - the car is a very useful "hide"!

Neat capture. I've never seen them this young. Good job getting all three in focus.

So cute, and you caught a great pose of the three Cheryl. Great natural setting showing their habitat nicely.
Technically well done, I like it! :wavey:
