WC486 - Barge Brilliance

Actually "Barges & Brilliance" but the title block is too small. A couple of anchored barges provided the urban element and nature did the rest. Taken from the shadowed side of the bay while the sun lit up the mountains on the opposite side.

Pretty. I like the composition and the low clouds. Thank you for sharing.

Snow shrouded mountains are beautiful in that light and the barges add the urban touch. The clouds just starting to burn off are wonderful.

nice crisp image, gary. cloud in upper left is a little ominous and claustrophobic ... but i like the scene.

Very nice, Gary! I love the snow-covered mountains, and the chilly feel to the whole scene - and the lovely warm light in the distance is just gorgeous.
