I hope make some friends and share some experiences.
Any comments are welcome.

Beautiful ant portrait- Great detail and sharpness on this one- Excellent DOF also- For my tastes, I'd try to use a bit less flash, but maybe I'm wrong about that- My congrats for this great first post, Fabio

Welcome to NPN Cristiano. That is an impressive scene to start with. I like the way you used the flashes although it has a less natural effect. More studio like, that can be a style of shooting. Keep them coming Cristiano. Your country must be a paradise for all kinds of exotic insects with its gigantic rainforest. Heaven for macro photographers.

Excellent 1st post Cristiano. I'm always glad to see another person interested in insect photography. Your country should provide great challenges. Welcome. :wavey:

This is an excellent first post, Christiano. I like the comp, the BG, the colors, and the great detail you have in this picture. The lighting looks fine to me; helps to highlight some of these beautiful details. Like you, nature is my peaceful place. I'm glad you decided to join NPN; welcome!

Excellent image. I know flash is needed to work with such tiny subjects and you handled it very well.
