My buddy bouldering on some wildly colorful lichen covered rocks in eastern Washington.

Choss: Crumbly, low quality rock. A rock climbing term for rock that should generally be avoided when climbing. He wasn't really climbing.. I just wanted a model for the photo

That is colorful lichen, and very nice. Really some great colors. Your buddy in the shot worked great along with your comp. Very nice Floris.

Colours are amazing and the I like the placement and action of the moderl within the frame. He looks like he is clibing to me at least. cool shot, Floris!

That's some wild colour, looks like almost paint graffiti. The human element makes the shot here.

Killer texture on the rocks and the addition of the climber gives a nice sense of scale and adds a little drama. Knowing how slippery lichen can be I wouldn't want to climb up this one ;)
