Morning Convict Lake

I shot this at Convict Lake in the Eastern Sierra last fall. Unfortunately I couldn't quite fill the frame w/ my 200mm lens and couldn't get closer. Now that I've got more reach w/ my 400 I'll be going back to reshoot this to fill the frame more and not have to crop as much.

After uploading this I realized this was a tad darker than I'd like for this web format. Here's a slightly brighter version.

Mystic feel to this Cory. I agree a tighter crop might highlight the subject more.

Nice conditions to shoot this but I agree more zoom might work better. I prefer the 2nd version too.
