Tremont II

Donned in chest waders braving the chilly October waters of the Tremont section of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this is perhaps the best I walked away with from that area. Of all the thousands of photographers I saw during my week there I only saw one or two others that actually ventured into the water - that's where the best stream shots are! I guess not everyone is as into risking hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of gear for a better composition as I am

Looks great. I like the pano format. That glow in the bg is great too. It all flows very well in this composition.

Wow, really a nice stream/fall colors image. Love the composition, colors, SS, pretty much everything about it. I'll have to add waders to the list of photo gear next time I head out for moving water photos. Nicely done.

Taylor - this is such a wonderful image. There is so much to enjoy in terms of the detail, colors, and well-balanced composition. It was well worth it for you to get into the river!

Really nice Taylor! I agree, getting in the water really paid off. Water looks great and the background trees look fantastic. I like the glow this seems to have. Nice work.

Terrific work here Taylor. Great wave/water action leading through the rock to the color, but my favorite aspect is the leaves (?) under the water surface in the FG. Nice unique shot from this place :toast:

It's not even summer yet and you are making me ready for Fall! What are you trying to do to me. In all seriousness this is a stellar shot. Not sure how I would change it that it could be improved. Really nice work!
