Taken on Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park when the water was running well. Dark Hollow Falls is one of the most popular falls in the Virginia park.

Andew,

I can see why this is one of the more popular falls. You have a very nice comp and shutter speed is just right for this one. While it's very minor and also subjective I think I might like it a little more with the rock at the bottom cropped out. To me it seems to block the flow of the water leaving it nowhere to go.

Nicely composed with the flow and step of the fall. Nice saturation on the greens and good shutter speed to get the flow but keep some detail. The FG is a bit difficult. Not sure what you had to deal with but it feels like either more or less of the FG rocks would be worth a try.

Interesting asymmetric symmetry here, if you sort of know what I mean. Could see cropping the bottom rock to put more emphasis on the water.

I like the criss-cross diagonals formed by the waterfalls and the greenery, which is perhaps why I find it interesting to explore the different areas of the image. Nice lighting and clean color as well. Some selective darkening of the fg and left-side rocks may take the focus off them and squarely onto the falls whilst retaining the image structure.

Very cool image Andrew. I really like all of the different areas of cascading water here. I think cropping a bit off the bottom would strengthen the composition.

This looks like a beautiful location, Andrew. Overall, I like your composition here with the layers of the falls as they cascade down the hillside. One minor nit is that the leaves from the branches of the tree intrude a little on the foreground waterfall. This may have been difficult to avoid and it is really just a minor nit. I like your choice of shutter speed which portrays motion and yet retains nice detail. I like the beautiful color with the rich vibrant greens. Overall the image feels a little soft but that may just be due to compression and web presentation. I'm sure the original file is sharp.
