Everglades Lake

This Everglades lake was dug out of coral rock, therefore manmade. But the public doesn't get in as the road is blocked off.
The water is crystal clear and as warm as a bath. Nearly pealed off the clothes and jumped in except for the resident alligators. They were watching. Didn't want them to see me in a state of undress.

Nice one Wayne. I like the foggy moody feel to this.

Moody and mystical - like this a lot!
Nice reflections and colours. The right lighter areas might be better darkened a bit..

Wonderful mood Wayne. It also has a wonderful sense of place.

I go with the "wonderful sense of place", this has a simple beauty that's hard to beat.
Good call on the decision to skip the dip too
Well done! :toast:
