Robert & Charly, I quite like this shade of Red with the bud pointing in the direction of the viewer - water drops definitely add another point of interest.

Wow, that red really pops, especially with the bright reflections from the sepals. I find the choice of depth of field leaves me wishing for more details in the drops and the bottom of the flower, however. It's a difficult choice, I know, because the out-of-focus background is so nice.

I love this comp Bob as well as the color. the only thing I might do is clone a little green wash in on the back sepal where it's the brightest. It tends to steal some of the show and the tips and bloom deserve all of it in my opinion.

The water droplets really make this a cool image. It reminds me of a court jester's hat with bells for tassles. I like the comp, but agree that the brightest leaf competes for attention.

Nice. Those droplets positioned on the leafy points are very cool. I might go for more DOF but that's very subjective of course.

Beautiful capture of the bud, Bob - its colour and texture have come out perfectly. Like Wayne, I wonder about a bit more dof, but then the bud would be less vivid ( so difficult to decide !!! ).

Nice shot. Great color saturation. My only suggestion is to tone down the rear leaf.

Interesting that all of the water drops are on the leaves and none on the bud. Nice S-curve with the bracts and the lower leaves. Very soft and I like how the blossom is leaning outward toward the viewer.

The water drops with the tiny refracted flowers are terrific. More DOF on the drops would be nice, but, absent stacking for selective DOF, I think it would have made the overall image too busy.

An image full of surprises, that I like very much. I try a suggestion. What do you think about cloning the out-of-focus drops in the bottom? It may add simplicity.
Take care.
