Wow! That's one well-fed Robin Antonio, reminds me a bit of Tony Soprano - LOL :^)

Seriously, I can't imagine finer detail in the feathers of any bird, and amazing job you did acquiring sharpness in every thing with you choice of aperture, extremely well done :^)

You didn't mention whether you cropped any of this or not, however, I think the only tiny improvement you might be able to make would be to add a little more space along the left-hand edge of the frame then, to keep things uniform, a little more to the top edge as well; as it is, the tail to my eye is just a little to close to the edge of the frame. Other than that I think this image is about as perfect as anyone could hope for :^)

Nice detail and perch. A wee bit tight in the frame for me.

Great image, Antino. I usually don't think much of head on bird images but this one works well, I think because of the marvelous detail you've captured. The details in the bird and perch are stellar. My only real nit is that it feels very tight to me and I'd like more room all around of you have it. :toast:

Exceptional detail and color, Antino. And the head on stare works very well here.
Perch is nice, too. Like the gold algae, compliments the amber in the robin.

A very pleasing image with good detail. A bit too tight for me, but comp is always a personnal choice and this crop does give the viewer a close-up look
