Big Sur Marscape

My girlfriend's son, who is quite a photographer on his own, accompanied me on a long weekend trip where we hit both Sequoia, Yosemite and Big Sur in 2 or 3 days.

Big Sur was our last stop. I've shot these rocks dozens of times, but this time the sky was obliging with a bit of color.

Toyo 45CF, Schneider 90mm, Velvia 50, f45 for 120 seconds.

Sounds like my kind of trip! Like the dusk colors in this, especially the contrast with the shadows. I'll be honest and say despite the beauty of the colors, shadow, and long exposure the composition doesn't balance out for me (mainly the bottom left draws my eye). Only one person's opinion though, so take it with a grain of salt.
