Delicate Landing

Very nice. "Delicate" is a perfect word to describe the image as well as the action. The soft colors and light work well here.

I find almost nothing to complain about and much to praise here. The comp (framing) is well placed, the detail good, the soft morning colors accurate, and the lights and darks well handled. There is a small bit of noise in the deepest shadows on the bird, but nothing objectionable.

What i really love here is the dof... perfect ..and the bg is astounding ..well done

Really like this Wayne. Background colors are special, your exposure excellent and I really like the landing pose.

Beautiful light, pose, comp, and golden BG!
The large version shows a fair bit of softness and noise in both the BG and the bird, likely from a crop larger than it can tolerate.

I really like the comp Wayne. Great bird position too. I agree with Sandy that the larger version shows a lot of noise in the BG and the bird that detracts a bit from the image for me.
