Well now - this is something unusual. There's one rather distracting element, here - but aside from that, this is a really nice shot. I generally find that it's unnecessary to actually climb INTO the bowl, when one needs to... ahem... attend to business - but this guy obviously isn't aware of the proper etiquette in situations like these, so we'll let it slide.
The detail is excellent - perhaps a little TOO excellent - and I love the soft light on his fur. Lovely light in the eye as well. The tune may be "fairly easy", as you say - but I haven't the foggiest. No surprise there - I'm rather culturally inept. Though not as inept as this little critter.
