The picture was taken a few days ago in the Danube Floodplains, Lower Austria, catching the last sunlight in the late afternoon.

The warm light makes for a nice gold/blue combination of colors. And the one lighted tree and the grasses/reeds are good main subjects. Very nice.

I love the warm light and intimate composition. The splash of blue at the bottom works beautifully with the golden trees and grasses.

I love the rich browns in this. I guess I have a different reaction than Guy to the reflected blues though. For me, they distract from the main subject, and I would prefer them cropped out.

I really like this image. The colors, reflection, composition and the feeling of the area. Great photo.

Hi Peter, This is very nice! Some wonderful late light gives this a very nice feel. I like the comp with the reflection and it's awesome colors. The brown, gold and blue look great to me. Nice work!

Peter,
I like the warm light you capture, in combination with the cooler cast in the lower part of the frame. The symmetry adds a great value to the composition. Wonderful image.
