I found these cool looking leaves at the Fredrick Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids.

This is an interesting abstract. I like the pattern the leaves create and I like your composition. The colors are nice with the vibrant green and the black stem. My only nit is the bright spots on the leaves on the right side - I would tone them down a bit IMHO. That is small nit. This is a cool image. Nice job!

Hey Joel, love the subject and the comp. When I head to GR this fall for my Macro Boot Camp I will probably head over to the FM Gardens to shoot. I'll be in the area in July for the SWMCCC but it will probably be to crowded at that time of year with tourists.
