Intimate Coast

I've been impressed with recent posts of intimate water scenes with reflected light, and since the sky did not cooperate thought I'd shoot one myself. Atlantic coast, 24mm, f/11, ISO 50, 1 second, solid ND filter. Thanks for looking.

Love the relfected color in the middle ground and the water motion. The top is a little too bright for me and distracts my eye - I might consider cropping just a bit (5%) off the top.

Nice capture! Wonderful reflective light. Agree with Bill - cropping or maybe toning down the top middle area should bring this image all together. Otherwise a great image.

Love the swirling water, rocks, and reflected sunset.
Seems a little bright, but I'd just bring that down with whatever editing program you use - Viveza would make easy work of that.

Love that golden light, Chris. Great water motion and placement of the rocks in your composition. Well done.

I think you did great! I agree that you could darken the tip middle highlight a bit, but that's such a tiny portion of the picture. Great adapatbility to adjust to the lighting conditions.

Very nice shot, Chris. Great water flow in the fg makes this pretty exciting. Love the rocks and the color of the reflected light.
