Peaceful Morning

This was a beautiful, peaceful morning for a ride in a row boat.

I am not at all confident in how I have processed this image, so any help you can provide in that area would be greatly appreciated. More detail in the dark areas can be seen in the large version.

That's a beautiful scene Carol. Really nice. It appears as if it should be a bit sharper... unfortunately, I'm not at a level where I would feel confident in offering processing advice. But it does seem to need an extra boost. Well captured either way!

Hi Carol - do you have TK's Luminosity masks? I use them to bring out detail in shadow areas etc. I do like your comp. If no TK Mask's, have you tried the dodge tool in the shadow areas?
