Inverness Calm

A very calm but cold morning on Inverness Beach, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. I liked how the blues mixed with pinks in the sky just before sunrise.

Wondeful Eva! Very beautiful. A very stong addition to your portfolio. The large version is fantastic. Yes I am loving this one.

I agree with Dietrich. It's quiet and contemplative, which I like, with lots of subtle curves to move the eye around the frame. The inclusion of the three pebbles is absolutely vital in order to anchor the comp. Outstanding.

Eva, an inspired composition, the serene atmosphere together with the motion of the subtle curves!

Quite tranquil Eva.

The foreground ripples are pretty cool as for the lingering clouds. Seems a touch of movement in them but it doesn't bother me. Great job

Beautiful, Eva. Love the ripples in the sand and the lovely pastel colors in the sky. The arc of the water from the lower right out and to the left works very well. Outstanding.

I like the blue/pink mix in both the clouds and water and the way they complement each other.

This has a very peaceful feel to it Eva. Beautiful colours, very fitting for the scene. The hint of detail in the upper clouds is awesome. Looks like a couple of dust spots still lingering.I think and I know you just can't go back but I do wish the rocks were a little more to the left. The water to the right looks great and I wish we saw more of it. Very nice photography .Cheers

I love the beach! The sky is noce, but id like to see a tad more clarity to match the bottom portion--maybe pulling back the highlites would help.
