From an early morning hike to Glen Onoko Falls near Jim Thorpe, PA. This is a shot from a small section of the upper falls with a few interesting ice crystals forning around the rapid water.

tech specs: canon 7D w/Tamron 18-250 @ 120mm, f11, 1/125 sec, UV filter, handheld.

About 3/4 full frame, cropped to take a few small branches out.

Processed in camera Raw & CS5, B&W conversion, sharpened for web

love the contrast between the movement of the water and the solid ice...like lace! I'm curious why you chose to convert it to B&W
