Nothing dramatic, made this image during the monsoon break even here in the southern India last year. This was in the middle of northern western ghats ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Ghats ).

Thanks in advance for your views.

Hi Pramod,

Looks like a gorgeous place. If this were my image, I'd reduce the saturation throughout. The greens are looking a little neon and the silt an unnatural red. Otherwise, your processing looks very good. I hope this helps.

This does look like a wonderful place, and it looks like you had some nice light too. I agree with Michael about the saturation. That should help I think. I think it would be nice if you could work the comp so that the log on the left and branches on the right were out of the frame. Not sure if you can do that but it looks like a great place and might be worth a try. Of course that is just my feelings. It is a pretty scene with what you have here.

The saturation doesn't look that far out to me but then I like a bit more saturation than others. Agree about the log and branches since they don't add to the image. Curious as to why the foreground in front of the moss colored rock appears to be a bit soft. Don't know if that is because of the focus point or turbidity in the water.

Pramod,

Agreed, what a beautiful location; I'm sure with lots of great potential. I like the scene very much, especially the lower half. I do think the midground is a little weak in linking the fore and background together. I would even say that the bottom half with the flowing water around the moss and fern covered rock is quite lovely.

Green saturation maybe a tad strong, but I don't think it's off by too much.

Lovely scene.

Nicely composed and I like the intensity of the greens. Only thing I can possibly think to do would be to paint the cyan out of the water a bit.
