Vincent: Wonderful colors and graphic design. I wish the "larger version" really was so we could appreciate the details better. Beautiful work.>=))>

Thanks Bill! For some unknown reason I'm not able to upload large or small version directly from my computer to this forum so I'm limited by the site's parameters regarding linked images. I always get an error message stating unable to find image??? Anyway, thanks again for the kind words. You can also view this image on my website view link below.

Vincent:
Lovely pattern and color. Like the coating of icing.

Sweet comp and colors. Frost is added bonus...though my screen shows it a tad bluish...which is in the bounds of a personal preference...I might try to whiten. Very good decision to fill this frame w/just these leaves and not more.

I really like the warm/cool contrast provided by the blue tint in the frost. Nice work!

Thanks for all the comments. I may adjust the toning on the frost once I view a test print. I really like working with warm and cool tone contrasts!

A very intimate fall closeup. I like the colors and that you composed the
leaf diagonally. The touch of frost on the leaves is a nice plus.

I really admire this shot . . . beatiful and perfectly composed! I've been out a couple of times recently to shoot leaves covered in frost and haven't come up with anything quite this nice. In post-processing however, I have brought down the saturation of the blues in the frost (as one other person suggested here). If this were mine I'd probably do the same . . . definitely a matter of personal taste though.

Wonderful composition and subject. The frosty edges really gives the layers depth and the color palette is exceptional! :toast:

One of the nicest fall leaf intimite images I've seen. It is beautifully simplistic in presentation, but complicated in execution. I agree with desturating the blues in the frost for the web version, but that is a minor nit! Well done!
