Crested Caracara

Crested Caracara from San Bernard NWR. I captured several shots of this fellow, both in flight and on the ground. I was also able to observe a mating pair, but they were quite far off and none of the shots a sharp enough to share. What a wonderful day in the field.

Tripod, manual exp., spot metered
