Top notch clarity, great habitat, splash is perfect and the look at the eye is sweet (I'm surprised the NB wasn't activated). I'd put this in your top 3 Mike.... that is after you eliminate the sliver on the left that was added on via CA in CS5 (I'm assuming) which isn't needed.

You caught this one at just the right moment. Splash down, but still with the eyes above the water line. Great water droplets. Good job.

Perefct timing Michael and you still managed to get the eye. Great to get a ittern out in the open. You hardly ever see ours, only hear them.

cheers

Like the water drops and the eye. Good action shot of a hard to see bird.

Love the timing and action in this one Micheal! The water droplets are always a nice touch, but keeping the eye contact really makes this stand out.

So did he get what he was going for? Love the action and the splash. Nice eye contact with a bird who has most of his face in the water. How you find and photograph these guys is beyond me. Very well done.

A difficult bird to photograph and this is an excellent image of one.
Well done.
