Gorges du Doubs
by Julian Barkway
Continuing my exploration of this little-known gorge on the Franco-Swiss border...
This part is one of the harder-to-reach areas with a long descent in and a very slimy boulder-field to negotiate once you're there - not to mention having to wade through a short stretch of the river. Worth it, though.

I like Kah Kit's description of enchanted. It's really unlike anything we've seen here in terms of the combination elements, including the vegetation along the river's shore. The forest and the upper half is what's enchanting and the bottom part makes this feel like a special place.
Not really a nit, but I would suggest toning down the overall brightness of lower portion, mostly the riverbed vegetation. Otherwise, I think you've captured a gem.
