Elise, this is just lovely !
Beautiful positions of the trio of flowers and buds, nice BG and wonderful textures.
My only wish is for a bit more room all around - and a larger image to enjoy even more!

Elise, absolutely stunning. The texture adds a beautiful touch to these already magnificent roses. Beautiful.

Wonderful mood, texture, dof and placement. The picture as a whole really works well.

Thanks, everyone -- Sandy, I absolutely agree with you, especially when it's printed and matted. I wonder whether I could clone in a little extra room, especially at the bottom? I'm not too good at that, though.

Thank you! I'm going to try to figure out how to clone a little more border on the bottom. I'm enjoying this group a great deal -- I love using textures.

Here's what I did -- I extended the sides by cloning all around. My intention was to have a little breathing room for the rose on the bottom and space that a mat could cover.

Thanks very much! Cindy, the edges are textured -- that "border" is part of the Fly Edges texture itself -- you can see it in the original picture too. Most of it will be covered up when the picture is matted.

Aptly titled, Elise. Lovely antique coloring. I think a little more canvas on the left and under the flowers would help to focus even more attention on your subject.
