Taken at Nash Point on the Heritage Coast in South Wales, UK.
There wasn't much of a sunset this particular evening so I turned it into a mono image.

What a wonderfully dramatic shot, I like the composition and balance of the light. The b&w works great! Nicely done Geoffrey.

Spectacular seascape Geoffrey! I really like the sweeping lines of the surf, rocks, and clouds. B&W conversion works well here.

Nice comp, and good drama! No great sunset, huh? You could have always stacked a couple of grads, and turned the sky purple!!!

Nice. There is a real silvery-ness in the water reminiscent of a fine B&W print.

Outstanding image, Geoffrey. I like everything about this: the wave action, the foreground rock, the sky. Great range of tones.

Plenty to look at in this Geoffrey, the movement in the water looks spot on. Great mono coversion too.

I really like the detail & texture of the fg rock and the highlights in the rippled water. Good job with this b/w rendition Geoffrey.

Geoff this image works for a number of reasons. The numerous, well placed elements at converging angles make this an interesting shot.

Very nice b/w seascape Geoffrey. I like the angle of the fg rocks in your composition, together with the line of the cloud and bg headland offer an engaging arrangement.

Geoffrey,
I think you did well to run this through b&w, looks good. I really like the composition too with the diagonal of the rushing water creating some dynamics here. Decent sky with an interesting and supporting foreground rock formation.
The only suggestion I have would be to burn down the brightness near the left edge reflecting off the top of the rocks. Otherwise, nice job with this.

I for one am grateful that there wasn't much of a sunset that evening because this is great as a monochrome. Love the texture of and the light playing off of the foreground stone.
