Dreamy Frog

I learned a new technique the other day from a fellow NPNer which is extremely easy (involving gaussian blur and hard light and a few layers) which makes for a dreamy picture.... This is a grey tree froglet from 2 summers ago (they're extremely tough to find). Cleaned up the lilypads a bit, ran the effect and sharpened the subject.

I love the frog on the lilly pads with just the right amount of details, and beautiful glowing colors. :toast:

I love the composition and the colors in this image - and needless to say, the frog is adorable. Could you please share the technique you used, Luke? I'd love to try it out.
