Looking out over the Bali/Lombok Strait towards Nusa Penida from the Nusa Dua area of Bali during the monsoon season. Locals drive their motorbikes onto the breakwalls of the big hotels at night for a spot of romance with the best view in the house.
D300, 17-55mm Nikkor, around 7 minute exposure.

I like the comp here Scott. I wish there were a bit more contrast and tonal range though.

the comp and the sky is excellent. I would recommend lightening the fg sand to add more interest, separate it more from the tones of the water, and emphasize the curving shoreline.
