Daisy Bouquet
by Patricia Brundage
For those who have been scanning, here is a post of a scan done several years ago of spring flowers. Yes, it takes many tries to get a pleasing composition and much work to get rid of specks caused by pollen, but the results are very detailed and interesting. Was done on a Epson 4180, lid open.
There is a person in the area that does only scans and is making a very nice income from scanning wedding bouquets. May consider trying these again.
Hope you enjoy.

17 commentsThe detail here is amazing - it looks like a fine art print from a painting.
Lovely colors, and the comp and the high-key treatment is perfect.

Whoa! Really really gorgeous like a fine art print..
So far I have been using black bg in my scans but I do like the high key bg here. I can see a lot more people will try the scanning techniques with such great images posted by you and Pat Sampson.
This is beautiful.
Only thing I would suggest is to add a bit more canvas.
Quite lovely,
