Fall Reflection + Repost

This photo was taken 2 days ago on the Salmon River near Malone, NY. I thought I’d try and create a believable reflection because I liked the colors…so copied the top, flipped vertical, darkened slightly and applied a slight motion blur.

Canon T1i, 70mm, f18, 1/60s, ISO-200, tripod

Ron,

Great colors and setting. I might be a bit more bold with the motion blur... maybe a -8 angle with a 40-50 blur. Again, lovely colors and light.

Thanks for the feedback...I've done a little editing, including a slight crop off the LH side (some branches in ULC I overlooked). Slightly more blur in water, a very minor curve adjustment and slight sharpening to BG.

This is quite nice Ron. I would have never guessed this was a real reflection, at least at this size. Beautiful image and wonderful processing.
