Even though little foliage remains in this region, the rains made what was left really come alive.
D40, f/6.3, 1/15 sec, 55mm VR on, CP filter, hand held.

I like your directions here Greg. The two birches combined with the yellow are a nice treat. Its tough enough to get foliage to stand still on a tripod but handheld is very difficult. Seems a little shaky in terms of sharpness. Im not sure of your lens here but either backing up or getting even closer might eliminate some of the chaos.
