The singing Stoat (c)

This little Stoat was entertaining the crowds at the British Wildlife centre in England.
He had a lovely voice and sang a wide range of songs from opera to pop, it's true I tell you, would I lie to you?

Ok, the large version tells the truth, my son was holding a long piece of grass over the stoat and it was trying to bite it

The view down his operatic mouth put a big smile on my face! Cool shot and nice exposure. Too bad you had to clone the grass stem, huh? Was it possible to get an "almost same" pose with some eye showing? Nonetheless, thanks for posting this fun capture.

Hi Geoffrey,

Cute and amusing shot! That's one interesting (and photographically sharp) set of pipes on that stoat! From a photographic perspective my first thought is that this image might have worked even better if shot from a little lower angle?

Thanks for sharing this...

I had heard stories of the wonderful tenor voice of the stoat. If not for this photo I would not have believed it however. Standing ovation for this cute photo. :jump:
