I converted this image to B/W for a upcoming art show.

Does this image have enough going for it place in a show?

Jay,

The image has allot going for it and some issues, some such as the noise in the sky may be due to web compression. It's got good contrast but could use just a slight bump but be careful with the highlights in the sky and finally the perspective of the dunes give the Horizon a definite tilt to the left. These are all fixable. It depends on the show Jay, but the image doesn't wow me....It's your personal decision and if your asking for input that tell's me your unsure yourself. Take that for what it's worth.

Paul

I agree that the sky is a bit noisy, but I actually like the strong contrast here. There is an interesting combo going on here with a sparse foreground with a complex background. That's a nice dynamism that could be exploited in the final image.
