Taken just before the small village of Ramberg in Lofoten, Norway. Taken in early August, the entire weekend we had touch and go rain or sun making the skies really dramatic. This beach is absolutely stunning.

That's a beautiful shot, with the panoramic dimensions suiting it well. Almost would have thought it were a tropical area with the white sand, clear blue water, and vibrant greens.

Kenn: Believe you me...if you have been there you would NOT have mistaken it for The Tropics.. It was about 10 degrees celsius.

I too would have thought this was in the tropics - had no idea Norway had such a beautiful beach. Excellent shot, and I really like the dramatic sky.

My Lonely Planet guide described the beach as " Caraibic"...
