Garden of the Gods

This one really taxed my processing skills. 3 horizontal shots, each bracketed 2x (I meant to bracket 3x but got "light fever" or something and left one out), one set of which was RAW processed twice for an effective total of 9 exposures manually blended.

I shot this 5 minutes before my last post, when things weren't quite as dramatic but the light on the rocks was better.

I love it...the light is great, even the subtle light on the rocks. I love, also, how the light is illuminating the fog on the left. Excellent!

A lot of great visual elements in this one. A large print would need some time set aside to enjoy this!

Great comp. A heck of a lot of work went into this, well done. One small nit, there seems to be a dark edge to the treeline on the RH.

This one rocks (pun intended)! I like this much better than the previous post, much warmer feel and I like the emphasis on the rocks.

Hi Taylor,
Fantastic and beautiful. I like everything about this photo, the format, the color, the detail, the composition. That patch of fog down there makes a special photo uber-special.

This really catches the eye, Taylor. I liked the other post, but this one really looks great. The pano format fits this scene so nice. The light on the rocks makes this for me, besides that great sky and the fog. A very pleasing comp.

Taylor,

This probably one of the best shots I have seen of the garden of the Gods. Great job with the processing. The light is very nice. :)

Taylor,

However much your processing skills got taxed, this paid off in spades. This is simply gorgeous. Fantastic sky and such a perfect scene for the pano format. No nits from me.

Nice work!! This is really engaging. I definitely needed to see the larger version to truly appreciate it. I can't even imagine the amount of work you put into processing this shot. A little more dodging of the trees that meet they sky on the right side and this will be perfect!
