Beautiful Photo of the Lamar River Valley. Hard to get this shot without wildlife in it. Love Yellowstone.

This would make a good postcard, Sandy. Nice work

Nice shot. Not sure if it was possible but I might have tried to keep the bend of the river on the left side from leaving the frame.

You handled this treatment beautifully Sandy. The sky looks absolutely perfect and the flowing scene is naturally rendered. Very well done. I like it a lot! :toast:

Is Lamar Valley in Utah, because this reminded me of Utah the moment I saw it. Very pretty scene. (I'm told this is near Yellowstone. Mmm, guess I can see that too when I put on my glasses  )

Feels like there is a ccw tilt to the horizon, but it may be an illusion from the lay of the land. Otherwise, a beautiful scene with natural color and deft handling of the light.

Sandy,

Beautiful, pastoral landscape. Great balance of sky/clouds and land; great color, contrast, saturation... all is good here in the beauty of Yellowstone.

Could be sharper up front, but I'm guessing more a matter of compression than anything else - it's so hard to critique these small image for the details.

There is a definite CCW tilt (the tilted trees and cloud bases give it away  ) Correct that and youve got a winner!

Beautiful, peaceful scene. Would love to be there! As Stan mentioned, there's the CCW tilt that needs to be corrected.
