Just south of Mason Lake, in Hamilton county, NY. Hoped for a few clouds, but have to take what Mother Nature gives.
D5000, f/18, 1/30th, 18 mm, ISO 200, tripod.
Thanks for looking and comments appreciated.

Nicely composed and I like the double sunstar a lot, but I have to admit I'm not crazy about the white sky.

Either GND or blending technique could give you some definition in the sky. Otherwise, I am little torn on the exposure - I like the perspective though

The exposure could have been easily controlled better with a grad or blend but I do like the double sun-star (distant though it may be). The logs add a little depth and framing element.

I like the sunstar and the logs/reflection make a nice enough shot just by themselves. As others have said, the bright sky detracts some. Double-processing the RAW and then using the color range tool to select/blend in (with a mask) the sky from a darker exposure could do the trick.

Greg,
Yep, clouds would have been nice, but you managed to create a different kind of interest wtih that Sun star and its reflection. Now if you can find any color (or at least anything but whiite) in the RAW file, you will have a real winner. The comp with the FG logs is nice, and I like the way you retained the details on the far shore.

The double sun star is very unique here. I like the abstract nature of the image. It could work as a monochrome, but then again it is nearly monochrome as is stands.
Probably won't get many positive responses due to the vacant white sky and I'll admit, I'm not usually a fan of this either, but it does provide an effective graphic reduction within this image.
