Snow Capped Mountain

It was a cloudy, misty day and I was taking some pictures in the snow when all of a sudden the sun broke through the clouds and offered me a beautiful view on the Cairngorms. It only lasted a few minutes. The mist, the snow, the sun and the clouds made the layered landscape stand out like this.

The layers make this quite beautiful. I like both as is and also cropped down to exclude the top clouds.

Beautiful! I am with Bill. It also works cropped down to exclude the bright clouds. The layers seem to have a little more impact for me. Either way, excellent.
