Love the color and the light in this Bob. The different bends in the greenery create a sense of motion that I like. Makes me think of underwater currents. It contributes to a mood of calmness and quiet in the image. I like the image very much. No suggestions.

Outstanding image Bob. The colors and details really jump off my monitor and the light is superb. I like the small purplish bud below the flower, it's a mysterious contrast to the rest of the image. Super shot in every way. :toast:

Hi Bob, I like the evenness of the light here and the way the leaves and stems reflect the light. Did you use any additional light as a source. When I think of Cosmos flowers, I remember the leaves being light any airy and here they have a more solid feeling to them.
I would suggest adding some black canvas to the left to provide a little more "white space" to balance the composition.

Terrific color, lighting, and detail. My only suggestion might be to lighten, just ever so slightly, the bud to make it a little more apparent. Nice stuff!

Excellent. Really shows the quality of light at that time of day. Not overdone, just the subtle but crystal clear brilliance of the light. The side-lighting was a great choice!

Absolutely beautiful capture, Bob !! Love the detailed textures of the petals and the sharp centre, and the lighting is first rate - the leaves emerging out of the dark and the flower strongly lit.
